A proof of residence is required from first time patients to show us that you live at the address we are delivering to.  This can include but is not limited to: utility bills, rental agreements, or any junk mail, as long as it has your name and current delivery address on it.  We require this because the safety of our drivers is a priority and we want to minimize their risk when going out to deliveries.

Is cannabis legal in California?

Yes.  Proposition 215, the California Compassionate Use Act, was enacted by the voters and took effect on Nov. 6, 1996 as California Health & Safety Code 11362.5. The law makes it legal for patients and their designated primary caregivers to possess and cultivate marijuana for their personal medical use given the recommendation or approval of a California-licensed physician.

What are CBD, Indica and Sativa? What’s the difference?

THRC found that Hashman was able to explain this question in the most clear and informative way. Here is their answer:

Cannabidiol (or CBD) is one of many active compounds in cannabis; it is an cannabinoid, like THC. Unlike THC, CBD is non-psychoactive (it doesn’t give the user a high) and is therefore popular among patients that do not want THC in their medicine.

Indica and sativa are two different species of cannabis that look different and have different effects when consumed. They each can contain different kinds of cannabinoids, including THC and CBC.

Patients can tailor their product choices depending on what therapeutic properties they seek. Many of our products are available in Indica, Sativa, and CBD formulas.

Here’s a general guide to the effects you can expect:

Indica formulations give patients a relaxing, sedating experience with full-body effects. It is generally recommended to take Indica medicine in the evening.

Sativa formulations provide cerebral, uplifting effects. Sativa medicine is usually taken earlier in the day.

Formulations that are high in CBD can offer a wide variety of health benefits. High-CBD medicine has been known to combat nausea, seizures, inflammation, anxiety and even cancer cells, all without the psychoactive effects of THC.

What is a doctor’s recommendation and how can I get one?

A certified California physician can recommend the use of marijuana for medical purposes to treat a number of health problems which include, but are not limited to: nausea, pain, muscle spasms or seizures, appetite, and anxiety.  The recommendation verifies that the patient can legally possess and use medical marijuana.  You can either apply online through various websites to get a recommendation or find a local physician in your area for an in person visit.

Do you take cash or credit/debit?

As of right now we accept cash only.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is anything wrong with your order please call us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  While we do not give a cash refund, we will replace a defective product depending on the circumstances.  Remember, calling us immediately is the best way to ensure a quicker and easier solution.
